Pricing for coaching software - plans, free trial and the rules
Updated:
In EasyTrackly the coach pays, not the athlete. You choose a plan by the number of athletes you coach, and every plan includes every feature of the app. Current prices are in the price list below this text - it reads them straight from the app, so they always match what you see at checkout. This page explains what a plan includes, how the free trial and the Founders Club work, and what happens when you change plans or cancel.
What every plan includes
Plans differ by the number of active athletes and the level of support, not by features. Whichever plan you choose, you get:
- An athlete calendar with the plan and the completed session side by side, comments and a rating of effort on every workout.
- Structured workouts with pace, heart rate or power targets, sent to your athletes' Garmin and Suunto watches.
- Automatic import of completed workouts from the watch, and for athletes without a watch - a file upload or a manual entry.
- Workout templates and copying whole weeks, so you do not write each plan from scratch.
- Training load, a fitness and freshness chart, and time in zones.
- Races with A, B and C priority in the athlete's calendar.
- An interface in five languages, in the browser too - for you and for your athletes.
There are no paid add-ons and no feature bundles locked behind a more expensive plan. A higher plan means room for a bigger group.
Who pays for athletes
Athletes use the app at no cost and need no premium plan of their own. They get the full set of features: they see the plan on a computer and in the phone browser, connect their watch and comment on workouts. You pay a fixed amount for your plan, not a separate fee per athlete.
The plan limit counts active athletes and unused invitation codes - a seat waits for an athlete who has not signed up yet. A suspended or removed athlete does not take a seat, so in the off-season you can free a seat without deleting the athlete. How to count used seats and what to do when the plan is full is described on the Athlete limit page.
If you coach more athletes than the largest plan holds, write to us and we will set an individual limit for your account.
Free trial
A new coach account starts with a trial with full access to the app. You do not enter a card to start. The length of the trial is shown in the price list below this text.
That is enough time to coach a few athletes alongside your current tool. You do not have to move anything at once: invite two or three athletes, let them connect their watches, publish a few workouts and compare the work on your own group before you decide.
You can buy a plan during the trial without losing your free days. Your card is charged only after they end, and the app shows the date of the first payment above the plan cards. The details are on the Plans and free trial page.
Founders Club
The Founders Club is a limited offer for the first coaches. Members get several months of the Pro plan for free at the start, followed by a discount for the next months. The number of places is limited and sign-ups have a deadline.
Whether the club is still open and what exactly it includes today is shown in the price list below this text. Once sign-ups close, the regular free trial remains. The app applies the founders discount on its own when you buy a plan - you do not enter any code.
How you pay
You pay by card through Stripe. Prices in the Polish currency include VAT. Prices in euro and US dollars are net, and Stripe adds tax on the payment page based on your country and whether you buy as a business. In those currencies you can also choose a yearly plan.
You change your payment method and invoice details, and download past invoices, in the Stripe portal, which you open from the subscription tab in the app.
Changing plans and cancelling
- A higher plan takes effect at once, and the app shows the extra charge for the rest of the period before you confirm.
- A lower plan starts from the next billing period, as long as your active athletes fit its limit.
- Cancelling is possible at any time, with no commitment and no penalty. The plan runs until the end of the paid period and then does not renew. Until then you can change your mind and resume the plan without entering your card again.
All of these steps are described on the Managing your subscription page.
What happens when the plan expires
Your data and your athletes' data stay. After a trial ends without a plan, or after a failed payment, the account first switches to read-only mode: you see everything, but you cannot save changes. A bar at the top of the page shows the deadline for fixing it. Only after that deadline is the account locked, and full access returns with an active plan. What this looks like for you and for your athletes is described on the Limited access page.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a card to start?
No. You create a coach account without a card. You enter a card only when you choose a plan.
Does my athlete have to buy anything?
No. Athletes use the app at no cost, and their seat is part of your plan.
Will you help me move plans from my current tool?
Yes. Start with a free walkthrough on a shared call: we show you the app, look at how you work today and go through the setup on your own account. Athletes join through invitations and connect their watches themselves - we do not accept their data outside the app.
Can I change plans during the season?
Yes. You can move to a higher plan at once when your group grows, and to a lower one from the next period when it shrinks.
