Managing your subscription

The subscription tab shows your plan, the number of athletes and the renewal date. From here you change plan, open the payment portal or cancel.

1. Check your plan

   The Your plan card shows the plan name, status, renewal date and your athletes against the limit.

2. Change plan

   Pick another plan on the plan card. Moving up takes effect straight away, and the dialog shows the charge for the rest of the period before you confirm. Moving down starts with the next billing period - until then your current plan stays.

3. Change card or download an invoice

   Click Manage payments. The Stripe portal opens, where you can change the payment method and billing details and download past invoices. When you close the portal you come back to this tab.

4. Cancel the subscription

   Click Cancel subscription and confirm with Cancel subscription. The plan runs until the end of the paid period and does not renew.
