On this page
We only store health data from your watch with your consent, and your trainer sees it only once you share it. Both settings live in your watch's card.
ProfileIntegrationsConnect your watch
Connect your watch provider's account on the Integrations tab. Once connected, the watch card has a Health data section.
Turn on health data import
Switch on Automatically fetch health data. Turning it on is your consent to processing health data: from then on we store sleep, HRV, resting heart rate and other measurements, and earlier days are fetched in the background.
Share with your trainer
A Share health data with my coach switch appears below. With it on, your trainer sees sleep, HRV, resting heart rate and readiness. Without it, they only see your workouts.
When your trainer asks for the data, you see Your coach is asking for health data in the watch card and on the Health page. Sharing is entirely up to you.
Several watches
Health data comes from one watch at a time. The other watch's card says where the data comes from now and has a Get health data from this watch button. Days before the switch stay with the previous source.
Turning off and deleting data
- Turning off Share health data with my coach hides the data from your trainer straight away.
- Turning off Automatically fetch health data stops new measurements from being stored.
- The Delete health data button on the Settings tab deletes all stored health data from every watch. This can't be undone. Watch connections stay, so new measurements keep coming in while import is on.
