Your plan in Google, Apple or Outlook Calendar

How to add workouts and competitions to the calendar you already use, and how often they refresh.

For coaches and athletesUpdated:

A calendar subscription is one address you paste once into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook. From then on, planned workouts and competitions appear next to the rest of your day - on your computer and your phone.

ProfileIntegrationsCalendar Subscription

The address is created on the athlete's account. Coaches cannot generate it for an athlete - send them this page instead.

  1. Generate the address

At the bottom of the Integrations tab, click Generate subscription URL. The Feed URL field appears with a copy button.

  2. Copy it right away

The full address is shown only once. After a page refresh you only see the start of the token. If you miss it, issue a new address with Regenerate URL.

  3. Subscribe in your calendar

Look for the option to subscribe from a URL, not to import a file - an import loads the plan once and never refreshes it. The paths for all three apps are under How to subscribe.

What you see and how often it refreshes

The calendar gets published workouts and planned competitions from a week back to a month ahead, as all-day events. Drafts do not appear, and a completed workout disappears because it is no longer a plan.

Your calendar app decides when to fetch changes. We ask for a check every four hours, but Google, Apple and Microsoft usually do it once every 12-24 hours. Pass on last-minute changes as a comment on the workout. The section shows the last sync time - if it has not moved for several days, paste the address again.

Cutting off access

Calendar subscription section with the Active status, a shortened token and the Regenerate URL and Revoke access buttons highlighted

Regenerate URL issues a new address and invalidates the old one - paste the new address into your calendar afterwards. Revoke access turns the subscription off completely; remove it from your calendar app as well.
