Calendar views

How to browse the calendar: month, week and day views, jumping back to today and what the tiles mean.

For coaches and athletesUpdated:

The calendar shows the training plan next to what the athlete actually did, day by day. Coaches look at the selected athlete's calendar, athletes at their own.

Athlete calendar

Athletes open the same page with Calendar in the menu.

Whose calendar

As a coach you land on the calendar of the first athlete on your list. To switch, click the athlete's name in the page header and pick someone else. The page address then contains the athlete's ID, so you can bookmark it and come straight back to that calendar.

Browsing

  1. Pick a view

The switch in the calendar bar changes the layout: Month, Week or Day. The day view shows everything from a single day at full width.

Calendar bar with the month name, arrows, the Today button highlighted and the Month, Week, Day switch
  2. Move the range

The arrows next to the month name move the calendar by a month, a week or a day, depending on the view. Today takes you back to the current day, which has a green outline.

  3. Open the details

Clicking a tile opens the side panel with the description, workout steps and comments. Clicking an empty spot in a day opens the What to add? menu with what you can add on that day.

A calendar week: plan, execution and the week summary
  • A workout is the plan from the coach. The bar at the bottom of the tile shows its status, such as Planned or Completed.
  • An activity is a completed session: imported from a watch or entered by hand, with time, distance and load.
  • Competitions have their own colour and a race priority.
  • Each week ends with the Week Summary: total time, distance per discipline and load.
