Trainer dashboard

What the trainer dashboard shows: team numbers, athletes who need attention, the weekly summary, upcoming workouts and competitions, and recent activities.

For coachesUpdated:

The dashboard is your home screen: one place to see who needs a reaction, how the team is doing against this week's plan and what your athletes have coming up.

OverviewDashboard
  1. Read the team numbers

The strip under the greeting shows Active athletes (as "active / limit" when your plan has a limit), how many athletes need attention, plan completion, and workouts planned and completed over the last 7 days.

Trainer dashboard: greeting with team numbers, a Needs Attention card with one athlete and a Weekly summary card with plan completion and team activity
  2. Check who needs attention

The Needs Attention card lists active athletes with one signal each, most urgent first: no activity for more than 7 days, at least two missed workouts this week, nothing planned for the next 7 days, or fewer than three workouts planned for that period. Click a row to open the athlete overview.

  3. Review the week

Weekly summary counts workouts since Monday: Completed, To do and Missed, with the change in completion against last week. Below, Team Activity adds up distance or time per sport and how many athletes did it, and Top result names the athlete with the highest completion. The Statistics link opens statistics.

  4. Look at the coming days

Upcoming workouts and Upcoming competitions cover 7 days, grouped by day. Click an item to open its panel without leaving the dashboard.

Upcoming workouts card with athletes' workouts for today and tomorrow, and Upcoming competitions card with one race
  5. Go through recent activities

At the bottom, Recent activities collects up to 15 of your athletes' activities from the last 7 days. Click one to open the activity panel with metrics, laps and comments.
