My athlete cannot see a workout I planned
The workout is most likely a draft - it has a dashed border and only the coach can see it. Open it and click Publish. More: Adding a workout.
I cannot link an activity to a workout
The list only shows activities of the same sport, from the workout day or the day either side. An empty list usually means the activity has the wrong sport or the plan was moved by more than a day. More: Completing a workout.
A workout from my watch did not show up
Polar only shares workouts uploaded after the account was connected, and Garmin only shares older workouts if you allowed historical data. More: Common sync problems.
The same workout is in the calendar twice
You train with two watches and the workout reached both manufacturer accounts. The app does not merge such activities. More: How import works.
I cannot invite another athlete
Your plan is full. Unused invitation codes take up places too - deactivate the ones nobody will use, or change your plan. More: Athlete limit.
The email with the link did not arrive
Check your spam folder and the spelling of the address. The password reset page always confirms sending, even when there is no account with that address. More: Password and security.
Zones on an activity are marked as estimated
The athlete has no thresholds set, so the split is based on the maximum heart rate of that activity. Fill in the thresholds in the training settings. More: Training settings and zones.
The account is read-only or locked
The coach's subscription is not working: a payment failed, the trial ended or the subscription expired. An athlete in this situation should contact their coach. More: Limited access.
I cannot sign up as an athlete
An email address that already has an EasyTrackly account cannot be used for athlete sign-up. Use another address or write to support. More: Athlete account.
