About us - who builds EasyTrackly, the app for endurance coaches
Updated:
EasyTrackly is an app for running, triathlon and cycling coaches who coach athletes remotely. The coach plans a session in the calendar, the athlete gets it on their watch, and the completed activity comes back to the coach on its own - with heart rate, power, laps and the route map. This page covers who builds it, why it exists, how we work and how to get in touch.
Who is behind EasyTrackly
My name is Marcin Milewicz and I am the founder of EasyTrackly. By day I work as a software engineer. After hours I stay one, except every decision is mine: product, tech and business.
I train for ultras and triathlons myself. I trained with several coaches, and every time the weakest link was the tools they used. Plan in a spreadsheet, execution in the watch maker's app, conversation in a chat app - the same numbers typed out several times, and the comment about a specific session lost in a chat from two weeks earlier.
The first commit of EasyTrackly landed on 30 September 2025. Since then I have been building the app in the evenings and on weekends, and the first user I built it for was me and my coaches. When something annoyed me in the middle of a training block, it landed on the change list the same evening.
Why an app for coaches
Athletes today wear a watch that measures everything. The coach, on the other hand, has a dozen or a few dozen people, each in a different week of their plan, with different races and different problems. The biggest cost in this job is not the planning itself. It is copying data between tools and looking for who skipped what.
That is why EasyTrackly starts from the coach's calendar, not from the athlete's statistics:
- Structured workouts with a pace, heart rate or power target go to the athlete's Garmin or Suunto watch.
- Completed sessions come back on their own from the watch and attach to the planned session, so plan and execution sit side by side.
- Comments stay on the session they are about, not in a separate thread.
- The coach dashboard shows who races this week, who is skipping sessions and whose plan is running out.
- Works in the browser with no installation, for the coach and for the athletes.
What it looks like from the first login is described on the What EasyTrackly is page in the Knowledge base.
How we work
A few rules I stick to in the product and in how I write about it.
Specifics over promises. EasyTrackly pages describe only features that exist in the app. If an integration does not do something - for example, a plan cannot be sent to Strava - we say so plainly on that integration's page.
No made-up numbers. We do not publish invented statistics, testimonials or customer counts. Prices come from the price list that reads them straight from the app, so they match what you see at checkout.
Athlete data stays in the app. We do not ask for spreadsheets, exports or screenshots with your athletes' data - that is personal data, often about health. The athlete joins through an invitation, accepts the consents themselves and connects their own watch. Who sees what is described on the Who sees my data page.
Onboarding on a shared session. Instead of "send it over and I will do it for you" we offer a shared session: you click on your own screen, we guide you. After such a session you know where everything is, and your account is set up by you, not by someone else.
Talking to coaches before writing code. We are early enough that one message from a coach can reorder a whole week of work. If something is missing in your workflow, write to us - I read those messages myself.
How the app is built
EasyTrackly runs in the browser and needs no installation. The interface is available in five languages, and athletes use the app for free - the coach pays, based on the number of athletes they coach.
Most of the work went into the watch integrations. Sending a workout to the watch, keeping the connection alive and reading activity files have to work without the coach's involvement, because the coach should be working with athletes, not with sync. How an athlete connects a Garmin watch is described on the Garmin page.
Contact
The fastest way to reach us is email: support@easytrackly.app. I answer questions about the app, onboarding, pricing and partnerships. If something does not work, tell me what you were doing, on which screen and with which watch - that way I find the cause faster.
Want to see the app live before you sign up? Write to the same address and we will set up a free demo on a shared session. I will show you the coach calendar and sending a workout to the watch, and we will look together at how to move your current work over.
Start with your own account
The simplest way to try EasyTrackly is on your own group. Create a coach account following the Coach account page, invite one athlete and publish a week of sessions for them. If you coach runners, start with the page for running coaches. Create a coach account.
