EasyTrackly

Account and settings

How to manage your EasyTrackly account: profile, training zones, planning preferences, language, password, data privacy, coaches and deleting the account.

Your account settings decide how the app calculates your workouts and who can see your data. The most important ones are the training settings: maximum heart rate, thresholds and zones for running, cycling and swimming. Time in zones and training load depend on them, so it is worth filling them in at the start of a collaboration.

The profile holds your personal details, photo, language and marketing consent, and lets you download an export of your own data. In planning preferences the athlete sets training days, the maximum number of days per week and session length, and the coach sees these limits when planning their week. Coaches also have their own settings, where they turn on the athlete wellbeing survey and choose its fields.

Some pages cover privacy and security: how to change your password or set a new one through a link sent by email, what the coach can see of your workouts and what nobody but you can see. Athletes will also find the history of their coaches here and how to end a collaboration. The last page explains deleting an account and how to restore it within 30 days, before the data is gone for good.
