EasyTrackly

Athletes

How a coach manages athletes in EasyTrackly: the athlete list and overview, groups, the group calendar, races, reports, payments and ending a collaboration.

This section is for a coach who works with more than one person. The athlete list brings together the plan, the next races and the payment status of every athlete in one view, and the row menu gives you quick actions without opening the profile. The athlete overview shows the last weeks of training, the upcoming plan, thresholds, reports and the coach's private notes.

Groups keep team work in order: use them to filter lists, copy workouts and target announcements. The group calendar lets you plan a group session, check who has signed up and record attendance. Races of all your athletes appear in one table with filters for priority and group, so it is easy to see who is racing next weekend.

Reports are structured feedback: you request one once or as a recurring series, send a reminder when it is overdue, and reply to it. You record athlete payments yourself, with a monthly rate and the end date of the paid period, because EasyTrackly does not charge athletes anything. When a collaboration ends, the page on suspending and removing an athlete explains what happens to their plan and training data.
