Training is only half of the picture. The other half is how the athlete sleeps, how they recover from load and whether their body is ready for another hard day. The Health page collects measurements from the watch, such as sleep, HRV and resting heart rate, and shows recovery against training load, while the day details explain where each value came from.
The readiness card combines these signals into a decision for the day: train as planned or ease off. The HRV, resting heart rate, sleep and form tiles show which signal tipped the balance, and the coach gets a hint about whom to look at before the next session. This way overload becomes visible earlier, before it ends in an injury or illness.
Health data belongs to the athlete. They turn on the import from the watch, decide whether to share it with the coach, and can withdraw that or delete the stored data, also when using several watches. Body measurements, such as weight, body composition and circumferences, are recorded by the athlete or entered by the coach on their behalf. Separate pages describe these measurements from the athlete's and the coach's point of view.
