Watch data is only worth what you can read from it. This section describes how EasyTrackly turns activities into answers to the questions coaches and athletes ask: how the week went, whether form is improving and what happened on a specific interval. The coach dashboard shows team numbers and the athletes who need attention, while the athlete dashboard shows today's workouts and a summary of recent days.
Training load is calculated from power, pace, heart rate or a rating of effort, depending on which thresholds the athlete has filled in. The load chart and the form chart show how weeks of work add up to readiness for a race. Statistics let you pick an athlete, a sport and a date range and browse tabs with training, progress and wellbeing.
For a single workout you get a lap table, time in heart rate and power zones, and a chart where you stack layers, select a segment and attach a note to it. Workout comparison puts two activities of the same sport on a shared axis, with metric differences and paired laps. The page on reports describes how an athlete answers the coach's request for a summary of a training period.
